In Short

• Lead monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Develop Board and investor materials to support strategic business decisions.
• Conduct complex financial modeling, scenario planning, and ad hoc analyses.
• Identify and implement process improvements using tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive accurate closes and consistent reporting.
• Own corporate finance definitions and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Deliver scalable insights that influence operations, technology, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Results-driven, adaptable, and hands-on with a dynamic, self-starter attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and financial modeling.
• Preferred: Experience with healthcare reimbursement, CPA or CFA designation, background in a strategy consulting firm.
