Lead Revenue Cycle Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Lead, Revenue Cycle Management Specialist is the subject matter expert for insurance payer accounts receivables and will be responsible for assisting the management team with leadership oversight of the RCM domestic and global teams.

• Mentors and guides the RCM team, primarily offshore.

• Identifies trends in insurance billing inaccuracies.
• Develops process improvements and job aids.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Three years related experience in healthcare administration or similar fields.
• Preferred experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies.
