Requirements

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on compensation principles.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of compensation practices.
• Ability to relate to multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
