Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of related work experience.
  • 4+ years of management/leadership experience.
  • Expert knowledge in sales incentive compensation.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and handle conflict resolution.
  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
