Overview

Join a mission-driven team transforming patient care through specialty pharmacy services. As a Pharmacy Technician on our Shared Services team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients across multiple functions—from onboarding and outreach to refill coordination and financial assistance.

In Short

  • Fully remote position in a collaborative environment.
  • Facilitate prior authorizations and assist patients with financial support.
  • Navigate pharmacy dispensing systems for claims adjudication.
  • Enroll patients into health system pharmacy programs.
  • Make outbound calls to educate and enroll patients.
  • Respond to calls for refill coordination and medication adherence.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical teams.
  • Requires state registration as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.

Requirements

  • State registration or certification as a Pharmacy Technician required.
  • 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage patients and clinical teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a remote environment.
  • Empathy and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
