Overview

The Sr. Associate, Ops Innovation (EMR Analyst) will collaborate with team members on initiatives critical to the business's success, optimizing workflows and integrating technology platforms.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with hospital EMRs; EPIC experience desired.
• CPhT certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Pharmacy Operating Systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with limited oversight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship building.
• Detail-oriented with data analysis experience.
