Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business administration or healthcare.
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or pharmacy.
  • Experience in high-volume operational environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage team members effectively.
  • Experience with pharmacy dispensing or EMR systems is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% if needed.
