Overview

The Care Manager is responsible for assisting customers with pharmacy-related services, contacting insurance companies for eligibility information, and managing prior authorizations.

  • Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable.
  • Experience using CRM and telephony platforms is a plus.
  • Strong listening skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships.
