Overview

The Patient Care Manager is a Registered Nurse who provides unit leadership and works in partnership with nursing and healthcare teams to develop a quality practice setting that supports professional nursing and quality patient care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budget management and fiscal planning.
  • Commitment to quality patient care and safety.
  • Ability to implement process improvement projects.
  • Understanding of human resources management in healthcare.
