Director of Revenue Integrity - Remote

Overview

The Director of Revenue Integrity delivers enterprise strategic and operational leadership to drive accurate, compliant, and optimized revenue capture across inpatient, outpatient, professional (faculty practice) and research-related services.

In Short

• Lead enterprise Charge Description Master (CDM) Governance and maintenance.
• Establish revenue cycle reporting requirements.
• Maintain the Hospital's charge description master (CDM).
• Direct and approve changes to the charge description master and professional fee schedule.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate charge capture.
• Educate hospital departments and physicians on charge master maintenance.
• Develop and produce executive and board level Revenue Capture dashboard reporting.
• Manage and monitor the performance of external vendors for CDM products.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for charge accuracy and revenue integrity.
• Participate in Managed Care Contracting Committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Seven years of relevant work experience.
• Proven leadership experience in revenue integrity and healthcare finance.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to develop long-range business plans and strategies.
• Certified Healthcare Revenue Integrity (CHRI) or equivalent certification required.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and medical terminology.
• Ability to foster effective working relationships.
