Overview

The Scrum Master I will work within IQVIA’s Digital Enablement Product Development teams, facilitating Agile practices and supporting high-performing teams to deliver innovative software solutions for the healthcare industry.

• Lead Agile teams in adherence to Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• BA degree in communication, project management, or equivalent.
• Scrum Master Certification (ACSM, PSM-2) required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in JIRA, AHA!, and Confluence.
• Experience with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of Agile principles.
• Ability to foster team creativity and efficiency.
