Overview

As a Scrum Master at VOSKER, you will coordinate the development of innovative physical products in an agile environment, ensuring smooth delivery and cross-team alignment.

In Short

• Coordinate development of physical products (firmware, electronics, mechanics).
• Ensure smooth delivery and cross-team alignment.
• Set up and maintain tracking tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Identify and manage interdependencies between teams.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach the team.
• Produce clear progress reports for management.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Train new team members on agile methodology.
• Act as a point of contact between technical teams and management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a physical product development context.
• Strong background in project management and multi-team coordination.
• Excellent understanding of firmware, electronics, and mechanical environments.
• Ability to navigate between agile practices and industrial constraints.
• Natural leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools.
