Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a consulting role as a generalist business partner.
• Experience in fast-paced growth, acquisition, or change management contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources, or a related field.
• Recognized as an innovative business partner with strong business acumen.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent adaptability in high-growth or transformative environments.
• Natural curiosity to challenge the status quo and explore new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build authentic relationships.
