The Talent Business Partner will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and implementing best hiring practices to support the company’s rapid expansion.

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to interview coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation and recruitment best practices.
• Experience with 360-degree recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
