Overview

The Stakeholder Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies that enhance relationships with key external partners, including local communities, government entities, and NGOs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the company’s projects align with stakeholder expectations and contribute to long-term sustainable development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Stakeholder or Community Relations, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strategic problem-solving and crisis management expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in public relations, corporate affairs, or communications.
