Payer Relations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Payer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with health plans to ensure effective and efficient revenue cycle operations.

• Advocate for the organization’s interests with payers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payer relations or revenue cycle management.
• Strong understanding of payer contracting and healthcare regulations.
• Proven ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred.
• Experience using athenaNet and Cognizant TriZetto products preferred.

• Base pay of $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
