Privia Health is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide legal support in mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare sector, working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

• J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School.
• 3+ years of legal practice experience, with 4+ years preferred.
• Experience in corporate transactions and contracting.
• Healthcare transactional experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $180,000.00 - $200,000.00.
• Eligible for annual bonus targeted at 20%.
