Overview

The RCM Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the organization's revenue cycle processes through audits and performance monitoring.

In Short

  • Conduct quality reviews and audits of revenue cycle claims and workflows.
  • Develop and analyze quality improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain quality measurements for performance tracking.
  • Identify deficiencies in processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with RCM leaders to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Participate in special projects and process audits.
  • Assist in establishing and communicating procedures.
  • Utilize audit findings for training and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide support to the National Training Team.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in an auditing/QA role or equivalent RCM experience.
  • Experience with athenaHealth and/or athenaOne preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and accept constructive feedback.
  • Experience working with offshore resources.

  • Base pay range of $65,000 to $70,000, exclusive of bonuses.
