• Drive the development and implementation of group legal strategy.
• Provide proactive, in-depth, business-focused advice and execution.
• Manage and assist with legal response to corporate matters.
• Assist in transactional activities including M&A and joint ventures.
• Lead and support transactional, reorganisation, and governance initiatives.
• Draft and review legal documents and provide holistic risk assessment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on legal matters.
• Provide training to non-legal colleagues on risk management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws.
• Identify legal framework developments and promote consistency.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in the UK, US, or other common law jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of post qualification experience at a reputable law firm or in-house.
• Strong team player with good business sense.
• Experience in corporate transactional work and governance.
• Reorganisation experience is essential.
• Strong legal technical expertise and business acumen.
• Independent in managing complex projects.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent legal drafting and interpretation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment.
