We are seeking a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience advising international technology companies to join our Corporate & Commercial legal team at Welltech.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience in leading cross-border corporate projects.
• Proven track record with international technology companies.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communicator and confident negotiator.
• Ability to simplify complex legal issues for non-lawyers.
• Ability to balance legal risks against business objectives.
