Senior Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

LivePerson is looking for a dynamic, hands-on technology licensing counsel capable of supporting commercial contracting as well as privacy and AI Compliance. In this role, you will work within the Legal team to support sales and commercial contracting and to align and create internal and customer-facing processes that support trusted AI innovation, data privacy and regulatory compliance.

In Short

• Engage in all facets of B2B commercial and technology SaaS contracting supporting our sales and business teams.
• Support all legal processes related to customer queries, RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires and FAQs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining processes and frameworks to align our business practices with privacy and AI standards globally.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Product and Engineering teams to support innovation while governing data and AI.
• Manage third party privacy topics including due diligence and data privacy impact assessments.
• Assist in creating and improving form agreements and playbook.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience working as legal counsel with SaaS, data privacy or AI.
• Experience with SaaS sales and commercial contracts and licensing.
• Experience with data privacy, AI compliance and data mapping.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of regulations impacting data governance and AI.
• Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels on both technical and non-technical subjects.
• Experience working through complex problems and creating easy-to-follow solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
• Excellent analytical skills and an evidence-based approach.
• Ability to work remotely or in a team setting as needed.
• Excellent English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.
