In Short

• Seeking an experienced attorney for a Senior Corporate Counsel role.
• Focus on commercial agreements and privacy matters.
• Work with commercial teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Provide legal advice on compliance matters related to privacy and technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Information Security and engineering.
• Responsible for data privacy, technology, and SaaS agreements.
• Monitor privacy laws and ensure compliance.
• Assist with potential privacy incidents and data subject requests.
• Conduct reviews and audits to identify compliance risks.
• Support the Legal team and assist in new areas as needed.

Requirements

• JD with state bar admission (Washington preferred).
• 7+ years of relevant experience (in-house preferred).
• Experience with commercial and vendor agreements.
• Knowledge of data privacy matters.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing projects.
• Experience with outside counsel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to foster company values and ethics.
