Senior Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for assisting with the strategic defense of all litigation, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations globally, and supporting the business across multiple areas including people operations, security, engineering, technical operations, expert operations, and AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in handling litigation and investigations.
• Experience counseling technical teams.
• Aptitude for working in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with international operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business judgment.
• Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with emerging AI laws is a plus.
