In Short

• Lead on domestic and international governance matters.
• Support the Stock Administration team with the company’s equity plan.
• Support a variety of corporate transactions in the U.S. and internationally.
• Help build a robust corporate compliance program.
• Conduct legal research on complex corporate governance issues.
• Work collaboratively to prioritize business objectives.
• Manage outside counsel efficiently.
• Support other projects as needed.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant corporate experience.
• Substantial in-house experience at a tech startup or publicly-traded company.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Excellent drafting and project management skills.
• J.D. degree & membership in at least one state bar.
