In Short

• Support the order-to-cash process by ensuring accurate processing of customer orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams.
• Process and validate orders in Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and pricing guidelines.
• Act as a point of contact for sales and accounting team members.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to the order management process.
• Assist in maintaining order management documentation.
• Work with Finance to ensure timely month-end close.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in order management or related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have work authorization without sponsorship.
