Order Management Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system, ensuring compliance with service level requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Order to Cash team at Sanofi.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in order processing or customer service.

• Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably S4 Hana.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a clear thinking approach.
• Experience with optical character recognition solutions is advantageous.
• Good business acumen is a plus.
