In Short

• Support the order-to-cash process by ensuring accurate processing of customer orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams.
• Review and process order forms, ensuring Salesforce data matches the order.
• Verify order details align with approved pricing and contract terms.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and CPQ solution.
• Act as a point of contact for sales and commercial accounting team members.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to the order management process.
• Assist in maintaining order management documentation.
• Work with Finance to ensure timely month-end close.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in order management or related role in a B2B environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with CPQ solutions.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
