Overview

The Order Management Associate / Analyst will be responsible for entering SAP orders, confirming orders with lead times, and managing order intake through various methods. The role requires effective communication with external service providers and adherence to company guidelines.

• Enter SAP Orders according to ContiTech Work Instructions.
• Manage order intake via EDI, Tangro, and manual orders.
• Confirm orders with lead times to customers via SAP workflow.
• Training and onboarding provided by ContiTech.
• Work with external service providers for order management.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and project management skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain roles.
• Order Management or Supply Chain Management experience required.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in Excel and Access.
• Basic project management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with management at various levels.
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and customers.
• Self-starter with initiative and critical thinking skills.
