Order Management Associate / Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Order Management Associate / Analyst will be responsible for entering SAP orders, confirming orders with lead times, and managing communication with external service providers. The role requires experience in customer service and supply chain management.

• Enter SAP Orders according to ContiTech Work Instructions.
• Manage order intake via EDI, Tangro, and manual orders.
• Confirm orders with lead times based on CT guidelines.
• Communicate with external service providers via email.
• Participate in training and onboarding processes.
• Handle mistakes and ensure liability for consequential damage.
• Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and project management skills.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Excel and Access for quantitative analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management is required.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve poorly defined problems.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in difficult situations.
• Basic project management skills.
• Strong business modeling experience.
