• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the availability of sales collateral and key intellectual assets.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint intranet pages.
• Sanitize and publish priority content.
• Create and track metrics for content effectiveness.
• Assist consultants in accessing relevant information.
• Set up and manage SharePoint workspaces.
• Promote knowledge management adoption through training.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
