Order Management Analyst / Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Order Management Analyst / Specialist will be responsible for entering SAP orders, confirming orders with lead times, and managing communication with external service providers.

In Short

• Enter SAP Orders according to ContiTech Work Instructions.
• Order Intake via EDI, Tangro, and manual orders.
• Confirm orders with lead times based on CT Guideline.
• Training and onboarding provided by CT.
• Fixed price/order or flat-rate payment structure.
• Monthly payment for services rendered.
• Liability for consequential damage in case of mistakes.
• NDA crucial for external providers.
• Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management required.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong business modeling and analytical abilities.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management.
• Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
