Order Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

LiveU is looking for a talented Order Management Specialist to join our team in New Jersey, responsible for managing international and multi-business model orders and providing excellent service to worldwide customers.

In Short

• Manage international and multi-business model orders in ERP.
• Support the sales cycle from ORDER to Cash.
• Manage databases, ERP, and Salesforce.
• Implement policies to support sales operational efficiency.
• Act as an interface between various departments.
• Generate and analyze sales reports.
• Provide administrative support to Sales.
• Support events and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Order Management processes.
• Computer skills: ERP (Priority an advantage), Excel, Salesforce.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced changing environment.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Languages - Spanish and/or Hebrew will be an advantage.
