Overview

The Order Management Analyst / Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and resolving conflicts related to orders while collaborating with multiple departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 4-7 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical abilities and business modeling experience
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams
• Self-starter with initiative
• Ability to handle difficult situations and customers
