Overview

The Order Management Specialist will manage customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate order processing and fulfillment while providing excellent customer service.

• Manage queues and cases from Salesforce.com
• Answer customer inquiries completely and accurately
• Enter orders manually into SAP
• Resolve order conflicts and monitor orders through shipment
• Ensure order fulfillment and handle claims
• Coordinate with various departments to answer inquiries
• Act as subject matter expert in product recommendations
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain work instruction documents
• Work effectively in teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 4-7 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Project or process improvement initiative experience
• At least 2 years in a BPO or shared services environment
• Strong analytical abilities and business modeling experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Basic project management skills
• Ability to interact with various levels of management
