In Short

• Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to structure and perform deep-dive analyses.
• Analyze large datasets to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Perform Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics using ML models and A/B testing.
• Track and implement business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a lead analyst, gaining insights into the JustAnswer audience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics.
• Proficiency in analysis and business modeling using Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, and Python / R.
• Experience with SQL and complex queries.
• Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis.
• Strong experience in A/B Testing and analyzing results.
• Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency at least strong upper-intermediate level.
