• Flex is seeking a Software Engineer (Fullstack) responsible for backend and frontend systems.
• Design, develop, test, and scale systems for user and partner experiences.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Lead scoping, design, and implementation for APIs.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Java and 3+ with React/TypeScript.
• Experience building mobile and web UIs to specifications.
• Ability to work on a globally-distributed team.
• Proficient in Java frameworks and tools.
• Experience with AWS and containerization tools.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java.
• 3+ years of experience with React or React Native.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and automation.
• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code using tools like CDK and Terraform.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and elevate team standards.
• Experience with big data platforms and tooling.
