In Short

• Implement backend systems that support business features.
• Be part of the backend engineer team responsible for services and integrations.
• Design, develop, test, and scale systems for user and partner experiences.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering peers.
• Roll out changes in an agile manner with frequent iterations.
• Lead scoping, design, and implementation for APIs.
• Experience with Java and related frameworks is required.
• Comfortable working with a distributed team.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and communication skills.
• Mentor junior team members and introduce best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Java.
• Experience with Java frameworks and tools like Spring, Gradle, and JUnit.
• Implement and operate services in distributed environments.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Good understanding of REST and mobile API best practices.
• Experience with leading projects from requirements to delivery.
• Proficient with CI/CD processes.
