Overview

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across both technical and non-technical teams at Flexe, playing a key part in shaping the organization by partnering with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-impact talent strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions.
• Proven ownership of hiring outcomes.
