Overview

We are seeking a Temporary - Seasonal Recruiter to join our Team for Summer 2025. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, from identifying prospective candidates to onboarding new hires for Apple Montessori Schools.

In Short

Position is for 3 months, starting May 2025.
Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
Collaborate with hiring managers and TA team.
Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage approximately 40 open requisitions.
Must maintain residency within New Jersey.
Part-time hourly, non-exempt position.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Requirements

At least 1 year of high volume recruiting experience.
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
