Overview

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Temporary Recruiting Assistant to join our team in our Seattle office. This is a temporary position lasting six months, with potential to convert to a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. We offer a hybrid work engagement with two days of remote work, and three days in-office.

In Short

  • Provide critical administrative support for law student recruiting.
  • Manage CRM including job postings and candidate profiles.
  • Communicate with law schools for job postings.
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews.
  • Greet candidates and facilitate their experience.
  • Oversee post-interview evaluations.
  • Arrange travel and reimbursements for candidates.
  • Process recruiting invoices and expenses.
  • Assist with recruiting meetings and events.
  • Support recruiters with special projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience with recruiting databases and data management software preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products required.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Strong proofreading and writing abilities required.
  • Client service ethic and problem-solving skills required.
  • High level of political and situational awareness required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
