Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Freelance Recruiting Assistant, Staff Talent Acquisition to join our team in our Seattle office.

In Short

• This is a temporary position lasting six months, with potential to convert to a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
• We offer a hybrid work engagement with three days of remote work, and two days in-office.
• Responsible for providing critical administrative support for staff recruiting.
• Heavy scheduling and maintaining databases.
• Candidate correspondence and other tasks as assigned.
• Manage job postings and ensure they appear top of searches.
• Support the recruiters and perform other assignments and special projects.
• Act as a Davis Wright Tremaine ambassador.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of a professional services organization.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.

Requirements

• Prior administrative experience in an office setting.
• Experience with data management software and recruiting databases preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office products required.
• Strong communications skills and client service ethic.
• High level of situational awareness and confidentiality.
• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Initiative in a fast-paced environment.
