Electronic Billing Specialist - Remote

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for an Electronic Billing Specialist to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Anchorage, New York, or Washington D.C. offices.

In Short

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of electronic invoices.
• Upload and submit invoices using eBillingHub and 30+ vendor sites.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex e-billing issues.
• Partner with clients and attorneys regarding rejected or pending invoices.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Create and maintain detailed electronic notes for each client.
• Upload client accrual spreadsheets as needed.
• Maintain client vendor sites and reconcile information.
• Implement new e-billing clients and vendors.
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an accounting department preferred.
• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Knowledge of eBillingHub, BillBlast, Aderant, or similar software preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
