In Short

• Process and audit data entry for new client and matter requests.
• Maintain standards for data entry and ensure compliance.
• Update client and matter data.
• Assist attorneys and legal staff with questions.
• Contribute to the information bank for client requirements.
• Monitor Business Intake Inbox and fulfill requests.
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide backup as needed.
• Work within a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with users regarding data entry issues.
• Educate users on data entry standards and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in general office work including data entry.
• GED or High School Diploma; BA/BS preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and document management software preferred.
• Able to type 50+ wpm.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
