Temporary Recruiter for DWTSurge - Remote

Overview

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a temporary recruiter for DWTSurge, an innovative alternative legal staffing program at Davis Wright Tremaine. This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible through the end of the year. The selected candidate will work closely with the DWTSurge Director and current DWTSurge Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting of attorneys across various practice and industry groups and legal support professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience in legal recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and interview skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and projects.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
