• Job Title: Temporary Recruiter (High-Volume – Warehouse & Distribution)
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)
• Schedule: TBD
• Compensation: $28–$30/hour
• Position Duration: 4-Months (August – November 2025)
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Screen and qualify candidates via phone and video interviews.
• Extend job offers and manage the acceptance process.
• Coordinate onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

• 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in recruiting for warehouse or logistics roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and Kronos preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
