• Salary range: $175,000 - $195,000/year.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of employment law and litigation experience.
• In-house legal experience at a high-growth technology or e-commerce company.
• Attorney in good standing in state of bar admission.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with workplace investigations and EEOC proceedings.
• Comprehensive litigation experience.
• Able to understand business needs and partner across the company.
