IT Service Desk Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Provide first level support for PCs/Laptops, Tablets, Video Conferencing Hardware, and printers for Corporate Remote workers.
• Troubleshoot problems and set up new accounts.
• Adjust permissions on various applications and set up new systems.
• Decommission old equipment and support rapid growth.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on making a positive difference.
• Available to work Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm Pacific Time.
• Required skills include Windows OS; MacOS, Android OS, and familiarity with Mobile Device Management are preferred.
• Comfortable working with Cloud Hosted applications and Cloud Provider Support.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Compensation ranges from $28 to $32 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows OS is required.
• MacOS and Android OS knowledge is preferred.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management software is preferred.
• Comfortable with Cloud Hosted applications.
• Cloud Provider Support experience (Google, Slack, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
