An exciting opportunity to work as a Marketing Events Manager at one of the top law firms in the U.S., responsible for leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of firm-wide events that support marketing, client engagement, and business development objectives.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy.
• Partner with marketing and business development teams to identify event opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Senior Marketing Event Planners.
• Manage event budgets and track expenditures.
• Work with CRM and business development teams on pre- and post-event communications.

• Drive client engagement through innovative event approaches.
• Collaborate with other departments to align event strategies with firm goals.
• Oversee multiple complex events simultaneously.
• Work with event management software and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 8-10 years of event management experience, preferably in a professional services setting.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours.
