The Senior Counsel - Corporate at Cencora will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and treasury matters, ensuring the company adheres to all legal requirements.

• Support VP – Securities & Corporate Governance with compliance filings.
• Handle treasury and financing matters including bond offerings.
• Provide corporate legal advice on tax matters.
• Oversee corporate governance for subsidiary businesses.
• Assist with insurance and governance matters.
• Work with Corporate Responsibility Group on various initiatives.
• Provide legal advice for mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage projects and supervise other legal professionals.
• Must have 4-8 years of relevant corporate lawyer experience.
• Excellent communication and project management skills required.

Requirements

• Law Degree from an accredited institution.
• Admitted to the state bar.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with the ’33 and ’34 Act is preferred.
