Veracyte is seeking an experienced Healthcare Senior Counsel to join its legal team, focusing on healthcare law and regulatory compliance to support its mission of transforming cancer care.

• Review and negotiate contracts with various healthcare entities.
• Stay updated on healthcare law developments and provide strategic advice.
• Work in a fully remote capacity with some travel required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one state.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare law.
• In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and healthcare compliance.
• Experience advising life sciences companies, particularly in diagnostics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ethical standards and corporate integrity.
• Preferred experience with healthcare reimbursement issues.
• Familiarity with international healthcare regulations is a plus.
